Job summary

Lawson Fuses in the United Kingdom is seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a background in industrial electrical products. You will own the lifecycle of low-voltage distribution, protection and transformer products, from development to retirement, and align them with market needs and standards.

You will work across engineering, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams, lead a product portfolio, and manage a junior Product Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in industrial/electrical products.
• Experience managing product lifecycles in a manufacturing setup.
• Degree in engineering or related field with commercial awareness.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
• People management experience and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate product strategy and portfolio across lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Manufacturing to deliver compliant, cost-effective products.
• Support Marketing and Sales with technical collateral and market positioning.
• Lead product launches, pricing, and tender support.
• Manage a junior Product Manager and drive product governance.
