Eden Hotel Collection is seeking an Events Manager for a maternity cover role in the UK. You’ll manage conferences, weddings and events from enquiry to delivery, turning client visions into memorable packages while driving rates in line with competitive benchmarks.

Ideal candidates will be strong in sales, client relationships, and team collaboration, with excellent IT skills and a proactive attitude. Hart PMS familiarity is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events sales with a similar property.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and hit revenue targets while delivering superb service.
• Proactive, quick learner with a positive, resilient attitude.

Responsibilities

• Organise conferences, weddings and events from initial enquiry through to the day of the event.
• Interpret clients' visions to create packages that match their expectations and drive revenue.
• Balance guest experience with rate competitiveness in line with market benchmarks.
