Eden Hotel Collection is seeking an Events Manager (maternity cover) in Cheltenham to lead conferences, weddings, and events from enquiry to execution. You will read guests to translate visions into tailored packages while ensuring pricing aligns with competitor rates and luxury status.

The role demands a true people person, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, resilient attitude to hit revenue targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/events or proactive sales role.
• People person with ability to drive sales and hit revenue targets.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with strong collaboration.
• Resilient and proactive attitude.
• Strong IT and admin skills.
• Experience with Hart PMS is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Organise conferences, weddings and events from enquiry through to the day of the event.
• Read guests to interpret vision and create tailored packages.
• Drive event rates in line with market and luxury status.
