Eden Hotel Collection Limited is seeking an Events Co-ordinator to manage conferences, weddings and events from enquiry to execution. You’ll read clients’ needs and translate their vision into a tailored package, delivering a memorable guest experience at our Bovey Castle venue.

The role requires a true people person with strong organisation, IT and admin skills, and the ability to work as part of a supportive sales team to achieve revenue targets while maintaining first-class service for every

Qualifications

• Conference and events experience in a high-quality hotel or conference facility.
• People person with the ability to drive sales and deliver first-class service.
• Strong IT and admin skills with excellent organisation and multitasking.
• Team player with high attention to detail and reliable communication.
• Experience with Avon Data is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Organise conferences, weddings and events from initial enquiry through to the day of the event.
• Read clients and interpret their vision to create a package and memorable experience.
