Eden Hotel Collection is seeking an Events Co-ordinator to manage conferences, weddings and related events from first enquiry to event day. You will translate clients' visions into bespoke packages that deliver memorable experiences across our Devon properties.

Ideal candidates have hotel/conference venue experience, strong IT and admin skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue while delivering exceptional guest service. Join a team with a supportive culture and award-winning credentials.

Qualifications

• Conference and events experience in a high-quality hotel or conference facility.
• Be a true people person with rapport-building and sales drive.
• Master organiser with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience of Avon Data is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong IT and admin skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Organise conferences, weddings and events from initial enquiry through to the day of the event.
• Interpret clients' vision to create tailored packages and memorable experiences.
