Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Watch Technician for its state-of-the-art workshop in the UK. You will deliver precise maintenance, battery replacements, glass fitting, and case/bracelet work while engaging with clients to ensure exceptional aftersales service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Watch Technician or similar repair role.
• Ability to work with precision components.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.
• Confident with client interactions when required.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Battery replacements and routine maintenance.
• Glass and crystal fitting.
• Crown and pusher replacement.
• Case and bracelet disassembly and reassembly.
• Resealing watches and conducting pressure testing.
• Bracelet repairs, sizing and adjustments.
• Diagnosing faults and assessing repair requirements.
• Performing thorough quality control checks on completed work.
• Maintaining exceptional workshop standards while working efficiently and accurately.
• Supporting colleagues and interacting confidently with clients, providing a professional and knowledgeable aftersales experience.
