OMEGA Boutique in London is seeking a passionate Sales Advisor to provide exceptional service to every customer. You will promote all OMEGA products, share detailed knowledge of watches, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, preferably in luxury watches or jewelry, with a genuine passion for the OMEGA brand and a flair for delivering memorable luxury shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Retail Industry at a sales advisor level.
• Preferably from a watch/jewellery, or prestige retail background.
• Must have an understanding of luxury retail.
• Must enjoy their work and have a natural passion for OMEGA, watches in general, or selling in a luxury retailer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve all customers with friendly service and a memorable experience.
• Know product range and provide detailed information on watches and OMEGA products.
• Display merchandise as directed and contribute to sales targets.
• Handle cash, payments and till procedures securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
