Job summary

Sytner Land Rover Knutsford, Cheshire, is recruiting a Service Administrator to join the Aftersales Department. You will support the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure customers receive the best service, handling administrative tasks for vehicle arrivals, invoicing, and paperwork quality checks.

You will also carry out self-audits and follow strict processes, with a rotating Saturday morning shift to maintain high service levels for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all necessary paperwork for vehicle arrivals and service prep.
• Adhere to defined processes and support the service team with telephone enquiries.
• Complete invoicing and review documents for quality standards.
• Carry out self-audits before filing and support a high level of service delivery.
• Work a variety of patterns, including Saturday mornings on a rota.
