Job summary

ASL Technical Ltd is seeking a detail-driven Vehicle Configuration Sales Administrator to join our specialist team responsible for bespoke vehicle specifications and precise delivery of customised products. You will translate customer requirements into specifications, maintain SAP data, create Excel trackers and reports, and analyse data to support operational decisions.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with data and technical information, with strong Excel skills and a proactive mind

Qualifications

Experience in administration, data management or business support.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Experience creating spreadsheets, trackers, templates or reports.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Experience working with technical information and structured processes.
SAP experience would be highly desirable.
An interest in process improvement and more efficient ways of working.

Responsibilities

Translating customer requirements into detailed specifications.
Supporting enquiries, specification changes and administration.
Accurate data entry and maintenance within SAP.
Creating Excel trackers, templates and reports.
Analysing data to support operational decisions.
Improving templates, workflows and processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Maintaining process documentation and supporting continuous improvement.
