Qualifications

• Passion and previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service.
• A genuine interest in luxury travel and experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities plus strong numeracy skills.
• Highly organised but also able to react calmly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through the booking process including tailoring aspects where possible.
• Liaise with client pre and post booking to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Track, manage and accurately record guest payments.
• Support and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
