APT Travel Group is seeking a motivated Travel Consultant to handle inbound enquiries from Direct Clients and Travel Agent Partners. You will drive sales, upsell, and provide exceptional customer service from initial inquiry through pre-departure. The role includes weekend on-call rotation and a hybrid London-based schedule.

You will join a supportive team focused on delivering memorable travel experiences, with full induction and training to ensure expert knowledge and seamless bookings.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in travel.
• Ability to sell confidently and build client relationships.
• High attention to detail in bookings and communications.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Convert inquiries into bookings and maximise sales opportunities.
• Deliver seamless customer experience from enquiry to post-booking support.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and written inquiries with clarity and confidence.
• Manage multiple bookings across calls and emails.
• Support customers with pre/post-booking queries and changes.
