Job summary

Jayne Peirce Travel Recruitment is seeking a Head of Operations for a luxury travel DMC client. The role is home-based with optional London office collaboration, requiring strong operations leadership and a proven ability to implement scalable processes.

You will oversee end-to-end trip operations, supplier coordination, and workflow standardisation while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in operations within luxury travel, a DMC or tour operator.
• Experience building or improving processes and workflows.
• Strong written communication with a warm, professional tone.

Responsibilities

• Own trip confirmations end-to-end, coordinating amendments and cancellations across suppliers.
• Build and standardise operating procedures, checklists and handover documentation.
• Quality-check bookings, ensuring accuracy and appropriate tone.
• Manage supplier relationships with prompt, friendly communication.
• Collaborate with founders on day-to-day operations as the team grows.
