Job summary

Confidential in Cheltenham is seeking a Tailor Made Sales Consultant (full time / part time) to design luxury FIT programs across Europe for our agency sales network and travel advisors. You will evaluate feasibility, price programs, and coordinate with suppliers.

You will negotiate rates, ensure profitability and quality, and work to exceed guest and sales targets. The role requires strong communication, geographic knowledge of Europe, and a passion for travel.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to develop client relationships.
• Strong sales drive and goal orientation.
• Good knowledge of Europe geography is advantageous.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design tailor-made FIT programs for travel offices and advisors.
• Meet or exceed turnaround, sales, and margin targets.
• Negotiate hotel and land provider rates where possible.
• Cost programs accurately within the required time frame.
• Follow up on all new business to a definite result.
• Set up files and ensure reservations are accurate.
• Explore new products and opportunities to boost sales.
• Check costings and itineraries prepared by others.
• Verify final itinerary and supplier information before sending.
• Build strong relationships with a global luxury travel client base.
