Job summary

Searchability® is seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Sales Consultant to join its expanding luxury travel division in the United Kingdom. You will work with high net worth clients to design bespoke itineraries, manage enquiries from first contact to booking, and deliver a high-touch concierge service.

The role focuses on building long-term relationships, generating repeat business and referrals, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to maximise sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within luxury travel sales, ideally within a tour operator or similar environment.
• Strong interest in premium and experience led travel.
• Knowledge of major international events would be beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of luxury travel products and worldwide destinations.
• Proven track record of delivering against sales targets.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and maximise opportunities.
• Professional, personable and highly detail-oriented.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients.
• Converting enquiries into high value luxury travel bookings.
• Proactively generating new business through existing relationships.
• Creating bespoke itineraries across international destinations.
• Delivering an exceptional, concierge-style client experience.
• Building strong long term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Working closely with product and marketing teams to maximise sales opportunities.
