Four Seasons in London is seeking a polished Sales Associate to join our luxury pre-owned watches and jewellery team. You will deliver personalised service, guide clients through high-value purchases, and build long-term relationships from our penthouse showroom or Royal Exchange boutique.

The role requires luxury retail experience, exceptional communication, and a passion for horology. You will work in a high-value environment with a strong commission scheme and a premium showroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised service to all clients.
• Support customers through the full sales journey from greeting to closing.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of pre-owned luxury watches and jewellery.
• Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom presentation.
• Collaborate with team on stock, pricing and product updates.
• Contribute to the premium brand experience and VIP viewings.
