You will build relationships with discerning clients, drive sales through cross-selling and deliver impeccable service while maintaining brand standards and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury jewellery or premium retail is essential.
• Experience selling high-value products with personalised service is desirable.
• Genuine interest in jewellery and luxury brands.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate features clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised shopping experience.
• Build relationships with clients and understand preferences, occasions and purchases.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Assist customers in selecting pieces for personal purchases or gifts.
• Maximise sales through cross-selling and clienteling.
• Maintain presentation standards across displays and showcases.
• Support stock management, replenishment, and secure handling of high-value pieces.
• Follow jewellery security procedures and assist with gift wrapping and bespoke services.
• Develop knowledge of brand collections and care.
