Job summary

ME+EM is opening a new Harrogate store and seeks a full-time Style Advisor to deliver authentic, memorable service. You will work across seven days with 7.5-hour shifts, providing confident styling and building relationships with customers to drive sales.

Applicants should be passionate about fashion, experienced in fast-paced retail, and able to support store operations while adhering to GDPR and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments.
• Passion for fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support a busy store.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best experience through speed and accuracy.
• Represent the brand at all times by following the company dress code.
• continually improve product knowledge and research products online.
• Build organic and long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Carry out personal styling sessions with confidence and make recommendations.
• Escalate customer complaints to management when needed.
• Be confident with till functions and process transactions, refunds and telephone orders.
• Ensure GDPR compliance in data handling.
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards and replenish stock.
• Assist with deliveries and stock recalls and support H&S processes.
