Job summary

Cartier, a Richemont brand, seeks an organized administrator to support stock management and banking procedures in our London boutique. You will assist with deliveries, transfers, consignment handling, and pricing updates, ensuring brand policies are followed. Strong IT skills and luxury retail exposure are valued.

Responsibilities also include omni-channel stock support and participation in annual and cycle counts, with emphasis on accuracy and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative role with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• MS Office and SAP knowledge is beneficial.
• Luxury industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support stock administration and management from delivery to boutique transfer.
• Prepare banking and cash closing and cash-desk procedures.
• Support stock deliveries, transfers, quality control, and consignment management.
• Prepare items for display with price labeling and price changes.
• Support omni-channel stock orders and adherence to brand policies.
• Assist in annual counts, cycle counts, and inventories.
