360 Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Stock Controller for a prestigious luxury Maison in Knightsbridge, London. You will oversee daily stock movements, hotel stockroom operations, and ensure impeccable product care to support a premium client experience.

Ideal candidates have proven stock-control experience in luxury fashion, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with stock-management systems and Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods is essential.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Controller to join an iconic luxury Maison at one of London's most prestigious retail destinations in Knightsbridge.

In this role, you will be the backbone of boutique operations - overseeing daily stock movements, ensuring meticulous product care, and supporting our team to deliver a seamless luxury client experience.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in stock control, stockroom, or retail operations (ideally within luxury fashion).
• Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Strong numerical and administrative abilities, with confidence using stock management systems and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, discreet, and collaborative approach to maintaining security, confidentiality, and loss prevention standards.

About You:

• Previous stock control or inventory experience within luxury, premium fashion or fast-paced retail.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident using stock-management and retail systems.
• Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Comfortable working across two Central London locations.
• Flexible to work weekends, bank holidays and peak trading periods.
