Job summary

Hermès in London seeks an experienced Stock Controller to manage inventory across luxury counter locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely replenishment. You will maintain stock integrity, support replenishment during launches, and work closely with store teams to optimise presentation and availability.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, faultless stock handling, and the ability to manage multiple stock locations within a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven stock control or inventory management experience.
• Experience within luxury retail, premium beauty, cosmetics or fragrance preferred.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records across Harrods and Selfridges Counters.
• Process deliveries, transfers, returns, damages and stock adjustments accurately and timely.
• Ensure stock is properly ticketed, security tagged and stored per standards.
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve stock discrepancies and variances.
• Monitor stock locations for organisation, cleanliness, safety and compliance.
• Support replenishment and availability to maximise sales.
• Be an operational support partner for Beauty Consultants and Counter Managers.
• Handle orders, reservations and collections efficiently.
