Job summary

Richemont is seeking a Stock Controller to join the Finance Retail Back Office. The role focuses 60% on core Stock Control and 40% on broader Retail Operation Controls & Digital Transformation initiatives.

You will support stock counts, reconciliation, reporting and process improvements in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in stock control or related field, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in stock control or a similar field.
• Experience in retail operations is advantageous; accounting background is helpful but not required.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with inventory systems (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies promptly.
• Assist boutique teams with stock queries and procedures.
• Monitor stock movements between boutiques, warehouses and other locations.
• Identify and escalate stock discrepancies, losses or unusual movements.
• Prepare stock reports for management and assist with month-end tasks and reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors and prepare documentation and evidence.
