Job summary

Prada Group in London is seeking a Stock Controller to support warehouse management for the flagship store and Prada.com ecommerce fulfillment. You will ensure proper handling of goods, protect product integrity, and comply with KPI targets and company procedures to deliver excellent service.

You will collaborate with the Stock Manager, Store Manager, and Visual Merchandising teams to optimise space, manage goods receipts, transfers, inventories and the flow of items from receipt to sales floor

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury/premium brand environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure care and protection of the product according to guidelines.
• Manage goods receipts and storage on a day-to-day basis.
• Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers within timelines.
• Coordinate flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com) to meet service levels.
• Handle flow of damaged/not-sellable products (On Hold, Consignment).
• Organise packaging, stationery and display objects in stores and IT systems.
