Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager, Wellness Manager, or similar leadership role in luxury hospitality.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving revenue.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards.
• Experience managing spa booking systems and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and industry compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the spa, wellness, fitness, and treatment facilities.
• Drive revenue growth through management of treatments, retail, memberships, and wellness programmes.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a talented spa and wellness team.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations of a luxury clientele.
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets, payroll, and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop innovative wellness initiatives and guest experiences aligned with luxury trends.
