Job summary

The Londoner is seeking a Spa & Wellness Manager to lead the spa, wellness, fitness and treatment facilities within our luxury hotel. You will drive guest experiences, manage budgets, coach a high‑performing team and deliver commercially successful wellness programs.

You will partner with hotel leadership to align spa operations with brand standards and guest expectations, ensuring exceptional service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Spa Manager, Wellness Manager, or similar leadership role in luxury hospitality.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of luxury guest service standards and spa operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of spa, wellness, fitness and treatment facilities.
• Drive revenue growth through treatments, retail, memberships and wellness programmes.
• Recruit, train, motivate and develop a talented spa & wellness team.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences that exceed luxury standards.
• Monitor budgets, payroll and profitability targets and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to align spa strategy with brand and guest journey.
