Job summary

Soho House is seeking a senior Spa Leader in the United Kingdom to oversee all spa operations, member experience, and financial results, guiding a team of therapists, receptionists, and spa leaders. • Experience leading luxury spa, wellness, hospitality, or premium customer-focused operations.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering commercial results.
• Strong financial and operational management experience, including budgets, forecasting, and KPI ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing spa team, creating a culture of excellence and exceptional service.
• Drive the overall commercial performance of the spa, delivering revenue, profitability, and retail targets.
• Maximise treatment room utilisation, therapist productivity, and member engagement across wellness offerings.
• Oversee day-to-day spa operations ensuring a seamless luxury experience for members and guests.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs using data to drive decisions.
• Coach team members through performance conversations, training, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Membership, Events, Marketing, and operations to create engaging wellness experiences.
• Champion retail performance through merchandising, product knowledge, and team development.
• Continuously review processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with Soho House standards.
• Act as senior contact for member feedback and opportunities to enhance the experience.
