Job summary

The Role at Soho House & Co. centres on supporting the Spa Manager to lead a luxury wellbeing experience for members and guests. You’ll manage daily spa operations, drive commercial performance, and motivate the team while maintaining high hospitality standards on the floor.

Key duties include supervising bookings, staff rosters, stock control, and KPI reporting. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create memorable wellness experiences and packages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years’ spa management experience in luxury settings.
• Strong leadership, team development and KPI delivery.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, bookings, rota planning and guest flow.
• Support spa P&L, monitor treatment revenue and retail performance.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Collaborate with Membership, Events, Marketing and F&B teams.
