Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to lead a luxury wellbeing experience for members and guests. You will support the Spa Manager, oversee daily spa operations, manage bookings and rosters, ensure safety and hygiene standards, and drive commercial performance while inspiring a high-calibre team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in spa management within luxury hotel, wellness retreat, or members club.
• Qualification in spa therapy, wellness, or beauty therapy.
• Proven leadership and operational experience with KPI delivery.
• Deep understanding of luxury guest service and premium wellness trends.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire the spa team to deliver exceptional treatments and service standards.
• Oversee daily spa operations including bookings, rota planning, therapist utilisation, and guest flow.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant spa environment with health and hygiene standards.
• Support spa P&L management, tracking KPIs like treatment revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in stock control, ordering, and supplier management to control costs.
• Drive retail performance through team training and commercial focus.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff.
• Collaborate with Membership, Events, Marketing and F&B to create engaging wellness experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally with swift resolutions.
