Job summary

Soho House is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to lead daily spa operations within a luxury hospitality setting in Oxford. You will balance hands-on guest interaction with team development and commercial accountability, upholding high standards and energy on the floor.

You will support the Spa Manager, oversee bookings, staffing, and KPI performance, and ensure a consistently exceptional experience for members and guests in a premium wellness environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in spa management within luxury hotel, wellness retreat, or members club.
• Recognised qualification in spa therapy, wellness, or beauty therapy.
• Proven leadership and operational experience with KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations including bookings, rota planning, therapist utilisation, and guest flow.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant spa environment with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Support spa P&L management, tracking KPIs such as treatment revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in stock control, ordering and supplier management to maintain cost control.
• Drive retail performance through team training and commercial focus.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance management of therapists and reception teams.
