Job summary

THG Ingenuity’s Spa at King Street Townhouse Hotel is seeking a Spa Supervisor to support the Spa Manager in daily operations, helping deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain luxury standards.

You will supervise shifts, guide the team, manage bookings and actions across treatments, memberships and retail, while ensuring compliance, stock control and a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in luxury spa/hotel environments.
• Qualified in relevant spa or beauty treatments.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, service delivery and guest care.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Spa Manager with daily Spa and Gym operations.
• Supervise shifts, direct staff and provide support as needed.
• Manage guest interactions to reflect luxury standards.
• Assist with rota planning, stock control and compliance.
• Contribute to achieving revenue targets across treatments and memberships.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and adherence to SOPs.
