Eden Hotel Collection Limited's Elan Spa at Mallory Court in Warwickshire is seeking a Spa Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and warm, personal service.

You will manage around 20 colleagues across therapy, reception and pool, own the spa's commercial performance, revenue, diary management, memberships, retail, payroll, stock control, budgets and forecasting, while fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• Previous spa management experience in a luxury hotel or high-quality spa.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue, memberships, retail, payroll, stock and cost control.
• Confident with technology and data using spa systems and reporting.
• Exceptional leadership to engage a sizeable team and foster a positive culture.
• Passion for developing people and building careers.
• Genuine understanding of luxury spa service with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and performance of Elan Spa.
• Lead a team of around 20 across therapy, reception and pool operations.
• Set standards to ensure the guest journey feels considered from enquiry to departure.
• Own commercial performance including revenue, diary management, memberships, retail, payroll, stock, budgets and forecasting.
• Create an environment where the team collaborates and grows.
• Maintain our 5 Bubble standards with the flexibility to work regular weekends.
