Mallory Court Hotel & Spa, Leamington Spa, invites a Spa Manager to lead Elan Spa. You will oversee daily operations for a luxury, guest‑centric experience, guiding a sizeable team across therapy, reception and pool operations.

drives commercial performance with revenue, diary management and staff development, while maintaining the hotel’s 5 Bubble standard and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous spa management experience within a luxury hotel or high-quality spa environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of revenue drivers and cost control.
• Confidence with technology and data to drive performance.
• Exceptional leadership skills to engage a sizeable team.
• Passion for developing people and nurturing talent.
• Genuine understanding of luxury spa service and guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and performance of Elan Spa with a ~20-strong team.
• Manage revenue, diary, therapist utilisation, memberships, and retail.
• Control payroll, stock, budgets and forecasting; drive commercial results.
• Create an environment where staff feel supported and work as one team.
• Ensure guest journey from enquiry to departure meets 5 Bubble standards.
