Job summary

Mallory Court Country House Hotel & Spa, part of Eden Hotel Collection, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the food operation across a high-Profile multi-outlet setup including The Warwick and Sencha. You will oversee weddings, events and dining with a focus on innovation, quality, and guest experience.

With proven luxury-hotel leadership at 3 AA Rosette level, you’ll develop menus, control costs, manage payroll and stock, and mentor a brigade.

Qualifications

• Proven Executive or Head Chef experience within a luxury hotel operating at consistent 3 AA Rosette level.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and high-performing kitchen culture.
• Experience balancing creativity with strong commercial focus (costs, payroll, menus).

Responsibilities

• Lead the multi-outlet kitchen operation across The Warwick and Sencha, and weddings, meetings and events.
• Develop menus, manage food costs, payroll, stock control and labour planning.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and other departments to raise standards and sales.
