Eden Hotel Collection's Elan Spa at Mallory Court is seeking a skilled Spa Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the two-floor Elan Spa, guiding a team of around 20 across therapy, reception and pool.

You will drive commercial performance, manage revenue, diary, therapist utilisation, memberships, retail, payroll and budgets, while maintaining our 5 Bubble guest experience and supporting career development within the team.

Qualifications

• Previous spa management experience within a luxury hotel or high-quality spa environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of revenue, diary management, payroll, memberships, retail, stock and cost control.
• Confidence with technology and data to understand performance and identify opportunities.
• Exceptional leadership skills to engage and motivate a sizeable team and set clear expectations.
• A passion for developing people and nurturing talent.
• Understanding of luxury spa service with attention to guest experience and flexibility to work weekends.

Our Elan Spa at Mallory Court is a very special part of the hotel. Set within the grounds of our Warwickshire country house, it is the largest spa within Eden Hotel Collection – a beautiful, purpose-built spa set across two floors, where the emphasis is firmly on exceptional treatments, genuine care and a wonderfully personal guest experience.

What you’ll be doing?

As Spa Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of Elan Spa, leading a team of around 20 across therapy, reception and pool operations, including a strong supervisory/management team.

We are a luxury spa rather than a volume-led operation, so success for us is about getting the balance right. You’ll understand the commercial drivers behind a successful spa while never losing sight of the detail, warmth and personal service that underpin our 5 Bubble spa experience.

You’ll be visible and present within the spa, setting standards and making sure every part of the guest journey feels considered – from the first enquiry and welcome at reception, through to treatments and the moment our guests leave us.

You’ll take ownership of the commercial performance of the spa, including revenue, diary management and therapist utilisation, memberships, retail, payroll, stock control, budgets and forecasting.

What you’ll need?

• Previous spa management experience within a luxury hotel or high-quality spa environment.

• Confidence with technology and data, using spa systems, membership data and reporting to understand performance and identify opportunities.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a sizeable team, build a positive team culture and set clear expectations around both standards and behaviours.
• A passion for developing people, nurturing talent and creating opportunities for people to learn, progress and build their careers with us.
• A genuine understanding of luxury spa service, with the attention to detail and guest focus needed to maintain our 5 Bubble standards, alongside the flexibility to work regular weekends.
