Job summary

Elite Hotels at Tylney Hall Hotel is seeking a Spa & Leisure Manager to oversee the Spa and Leisure facilities, delivering high standards of guest service and maximising revenue across spa, leisure and retail.

You will lead and develop the Spa and Leisure team, manage rotas and holidays, ensure health and safety, supervise treatments and pool operations, handle guest feedback, and collaborate with other departments to create a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Spa and Leisure Department.
• Lead, support and develop the Spa and Leisure team.
• Manage rotas, staffing, holidays and departmental coverage.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
• Oversee treatments, leisure facilities, pool operations and equipment.
• Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
• Monitor departmental costs, stock and revenue opportunities.
• Support recruitment, training and performance management.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
