Job summary

Hydrafacial UK Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Training & Education for the EMEA region. The role combines sales training program development with provider education oversight, spanning the UK, Ireland, Germany, France and Spain, and coordinating with global teams to ensure consistency across markets.

You will design and deliver trainer-led programs, coach regional teams, manage events and distributor education, and facilitate both live and virtual experiences for beauty

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales training content development and delivery.
• 5+ years sales experience with track record of success.
• 2+ years regional sales strategy development experience.
• Strong communication & polished presentation skills.
• Experience using LMS and managing training events.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including international travel.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience managing a team of 3+ individuals.
• Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.
• Level 3 Beauty Therapy minimum for live demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal sales training programs for EMEA and UKI.
• Coordinate with Global partners to execute regional brand training plans.
• Structure and develop sales training plans and onboarding resources.
• Provide in-field coaching with Regional Sales Directors (account-based selling, prospecting, planning).
• Deliver in-person and virtual training for providers and distributors, including hands-on sessions and workshops.
• Host large-scale clinical and sales training events with live demonstrations.
