Job summary

Arlettie is seeking a Senior Showroom Manager to coordinate events and lead a weekly-operating showroom team, ensuring both B2B and B2C customer satisfaction. You will manage operations across assistants, stock, and cashiers, driving sales targets and brand standards.

You will work closely with Country Manager and Account Managers to optimize showroom performance, mentor staff, and implement merchandising and process improvements aligned with Arlettie’s luxury positioning.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of successful experience in similar roles within fashion and luxury sectors.
• Hands-on involvement in showroom operations and staff coaching.
• Strong diplomacy and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Showroom team of Assistants, Inventory Managers, and Cashier Managers; coach and motivate daily.
• Coordinate events with Country Manager and Account Managers; ensure sales and customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales based on daily objectives; analyze KPIs and implement showroom improvements.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and stock replenishment; prepare weekly sales reports.
