Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong background in B2B sales within MICE, Corporate and Leisure markets.

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic sales plans in line with the hotel’s Business Plan.
  • Manage and grow luxury and high-end accounts.
  • Represent ME London at industry events and trade shows.

Join ME London – Where Luxury Meets Innovation

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Luxury Sales Manager to join our Sales team at ME London. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving B2B business across MICE, Corporate, High-End Leisure, and Luxury segments. You will build and manage strong relationships with key partners and accounts, contributing to the hotel’s commercial success while embodying our bold and contemporary brand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implement strategic sales plans aligned with the hotel’s Business Plan
  • Manage and expand luxury and high-end accounts across various segments
  • Collaborate with Reservations & Events teams to secure bookings
  • Represent ME London at industry events, trade shows, and fam trips
  • Work with global travel networks (Virtuoso, Amex, Signature, etc.)
  • Assist in pre-opening activities and commercial plans as needed
  • Utilize digital tools (Salesforce, Opera Cloud, MeliaPro TravelLabs) for efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar luxury hospitality role
  • Strong B2B sales background in MICE, Corporate, and Leisure markets
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Opera Cloud, and MS Office
  • Willing to travel and work across London properties as needed
