Raffles London at The OWO, a luxury hotel in central London, seeks a Revenue Manager to maximise room revenue through pricing and forecasting. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, Finance and Reservations to align commercial strategy with guest experience.

Lead pricing, inventory controls and distribution, collaborate on weekly revenue strategy meetings, and supervise the Reservations function when needed. Strong analytical skills and UK work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Revenue Management experience in hospitality.
• Experience using RMS, PMS and BI tools to support data‑driven decisions.
• Strong knowledge of ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and market share.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presentation of data.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement rooms revenue strategies to maximise RevPAR, ADR, and profitability.
• Manage pricing, inventory, restrictions, and rate positioning across channels.
• Monitor demand, booking pace, market trends, and competitor performance.
• Lead Reservations operations during absence of Revenue Director; oversee Reservations team.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly revenue reporting and KPIs.
