Raffles London at The OWO is seeking a Revenue Manager to drive rooms revenue through strategic pricing, demand forecasting and inventory control. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, Finance and Reservations to align pricing across channels and maximise RevPAR and ADR.

You will manage pricing, monitor market trends, and provide clear revenue insights to senior leadership while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and brand integrity in a luxury setting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Economics or related field desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of Revenue Management experience.
• Experience with RMS/PMS and BI tools to support data-driven decisions.

Aufgaben

• Lead revenue optimisation through pricing, demand forecasting, inventory control and distribution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Front Office and Finance to align pricing strategies.
• Oversee Reservations function in absence of Revenue Director and ensure alignment with revenue objectives.
• Produce regular revenue reports and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Monitor market trends, booking pace and competitor performance to inform strategy.
