PS Recruits Ltd in Ilkley is seeking a Luxury Sales Manager / Retail Art Gallery Manager to lead client-facing sales on the gallery floor and manage daily operations. The role emphasizes a consultative, premium service approach and a passion for art, with training provided.

You’ll balance sales targets with high-quality client interactions, weekends and on-site gallery presence, and occasional home consultations as needed. A confident, proactive attitude is essential.

• Self-motivation and confidence making daily outreach calls.
• Flexibility to work frequent weekends (5-day week).

• Support occasional home consultations (driving preferred).
• This is a sales driven Management role where you will work on the floor servicing clients, as well as the management of the gallery.
