Stunning Contemporary Art Gallery is seeking a Luxury Sales Manager to lead consultative sales on the gallery floor and help drive overall gallery performance. You don’t need an art background, just confidence in selling a premium product and a genuine appreciation for art; full product training is provided.

The role combines on-floor client service with gallery management, offering strong base salary plus commission and regular weekend work.

Qualifications

• Passion for sales and premium products.
• Strong people & management skills and a consultative, service-led approach.
• Self-motivation and confidence making daily outreach calls.
• Flexibility to work frequent weekends (5-day week).

• Work towards realistic monthly sales targets with strong commission potential.
• React to walk-in clients and proactively generate new business.
• Make daily outreach calls to drive footfall, nurture client relationships and grow sales.
• Manage client enquiries via phone and email with a polished, luxury-retail approach.
• Support occasional home consultations (driving preferred).
• This is a sales driven Management role where you will work on the floor servicing clients, as well as the management of the gallery.
