Stunning Contemporary Art Gallery is seeking a Luxury Retail Sales / Art Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional gallery experience and drive sales in a consultative, luxury environment.

You don’t necessarily need an art background—just confidence in selling a premium product and a genuine appreciation for art. Training provided, with weekend work and occasional late evenings. Strong earnings potential through base plus commission.

• Deliver exceptional client service and create a memorable gallery experience.
• Work towards monthly sales targets with commission potential.
• React to walk-in clients and proactively generate new business.
• Make daily outreach calls to drive footfall, nurture client relationships and grow sales.
• Manage client enquiries via phone and email with a luxury-retail approach.
• Support occasional home consultations (driving preferred).

Luxury Retail Sales / Art Sales Consultant

Fantastic opportunity to join a high-end contemporary gallery in a consultative sales role. You don't necessarily need an art background - just confidence in selling a luxury product and a genuine appreciation for art. Training provided.

What you'll do

• Deliver exceptional client service and create a memorable gallery experience
• Work towards realistic monthly sales targets with strong commission potential
• React to walk-in clients and proactively generate new business
• Make daily outreach calls to drive footfall, nurture client relationships and grow sales
• Manage client enquiries via phone and email with a polished, luxury-retail approach
• Support occasional home consultations (driving preferred)

What you need

• Passion for sales and premium products
• Strong people skills and a consultative, service-led approach
• Self-motivation and confidence making daily outreach calls
• Flexibility to work frequent weekends (5-day week). Also some flexibility to work until 8pm (40hr week)

Salary A mix of a strong basic + commission with realistic overall earnings. Details provided if shortlisted.
