PS Recruits Ltd is seeking a Luxury Sales Manager for a high-end contemporary art gallery in the United Kingdom. The role blends frontline client service with gallery management, focusing on consultative sales and delivering a premium customer experience.

No art background is required; training will be provided. Expect a mix of on-floor selling, target-driven commissions, and occasional home consultations, with weekend work as standard.

You don't need an art background — just confidence in selling a luxury product and a genuine appreciation for art. Full product training provided.

What you'll do

• Deliver exceptional client service and create a memorable gallery experience
• Work towards realistic monthly sales targets with strong commission potential
• React to walk-in clients and proactively generate new business
• Make daily outreach calls to drive footfall, nurture client relationships and grow sales
• Manage client enquiries via phone and email with a polished, luxury-retail approach
• Support occasional home consultations (driving preferred)
• This is a sales driven Management role where you will work on the floor servicing clients, as well as the management of the gallery.

• Flexibility to work frequent weekends (5-day week)

Salary
