Job summary

PS Recruits LTD is hiring a Luxury Sales Manager for a prestigious contemporary art gallery. The role combines on-floor client service with gallery management, focusing on delivering a premium experience and achieving sales targets.

You'll develop relationships with high-end clients, conduct home consultations when required, and drive footfall through proactive outreach. Full product training provided, weekend work expected, and commission rewards are available.

Responsibilities

Fantastic opportunity to join a high-end contemporary gallery in a consultative sales and management role.

You don t need an art background just confidence in selling a luxury product and a genuine appreciation for art. Full product training provided.

What you ll do

• Deliver exceptional client service and create a memorable gallery experience
• Work towards realistic monthly sales targets with strong commission potential
• React to walk-in clients and proactively generate new business
• Make daily outreach calls to drive footfall, nurture client relationships and grow sales
• Manage client enquiries via phone and email with a polished, luxury-retail approach
• Support occasional home consultations (driving preferred)
• This is a sales driven Management role where you will work on the floor servicing clients, as well as the management of the gallery.
