Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Retail Operations Receptionist to coordinate alteration fittings and support daily operations within The Tailors team. The role focuses on delivering professional internal customer service, accurate scheduling and smooth administrative workflows.

You will manage the fitter diary, respond to enquiries, keep digital and physical records, and help drive efficiency across the alterations booking journey.
