Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks an experienced designer to curate and implement decorative elements for the Architecture and Design Studio. You will translate brand vision into compelling retail environments, coordinating from concept through installation across flagship spaces.

This role requires an interior design background, strong project management, and proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

Interior design background required or equivalent.
Minimum 3 full strategic cycles experience in interior design or luxury retail.
Strong organization and proactive project management capabilities.
Experience aligning with brand aesthetics and store design.

Responsibilities

Develop and present innovative design concepts through inspiration boards.
Research, source, and select decorative elements that align with brand aesthetic.
Manage decorative items lifecycle from procurement through installation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, store design, merchandising, and visual teams.
Maintain comprehensive archives of decorative materials and project specifications.
Lead new store decorative installations and renovation projects.
Develop and oversee project budgets.
Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions.
