Job summary

John Bell & Croyden, London, is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead from the front on our luxury health and wellbeing retail floor. You will inspire and coach colleagues, drive commercial performance and ensure exceptional service that the brand is known for.

In this hands-on role you will manage the trading day, maintain presentation standards, safeguard health and safety, and deputise for the Retail Store Manager when required. 37.5 hours, competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in retail leadership or management.
• Strong customer service and people management.
• Coaching and developing teams.
• Commercial awareness with a results-focused mindset.
• Experience in fast-paced customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the retail floor team throughout the trading day.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Drive sales, customer conversion and average transaction value.
• Coach and develop colleagues to achieve their full potential.
• Maintain exceptional standards of merchandising, stock availability and store presentation.
• Support operational excellence, health & safety and keyholder duties.
• Deputise for the Retail Store Manager when required.
