Job summary

Bestway Healthcare in London is seeking a Floor Manager to lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the retail floor. This hands-on role will inspire and coach colleagues, drive commercial performance, and ensure customers receive the expert service the brand is known for.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in retail leadership, strong people skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach. Aims to support health, wellbeing and pharmacy retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail leadership or management role.
• Strong customer service and people management skills.
• Proven experience coaching and developing teams.
• Commercial awareness and a results-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Experience within healthcare, beauty or wellbeing sectors.
• HCA qualification or relevant training.
• Personal interest in health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the retail floor team throughout the trading day.
