Key duties include assisting guests, processing payments, unpacking shipments, advising on products, and maintaining stockroom accuracy. A team player with exceptional organisational skills will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and customers with queries and payments.
• Receive, unpack and arrange new shipments from suppliers.
• Provide shopping advice and wrap/present products.
• Create memorable guest experiences with prompt, professional service.
• Support Retail Manager with opening/closing, emails and reporting.
• Organise and maintain the stockroom for easy access and accurate inventory levels.
• Conduct monthly stock takes in the absence of the Retail Manager.
