PRS (Phoenix Resourcing Services) is seeking a Head Chef for a prestigious luxury resort hotel operation in Scotland. You will oversee all aspects of cooking, menu planning, and quality control, leading an experienced brigade to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The role is based in Perthshire with a live-in option. The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years in a similar role, strong leadership, and a creative approach to developing seasonal, bold dishes in a luxury

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Comprehensive understanding of cooking techniques and a creative approach to developing innovative dishes using seasonal ingredients.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team in a luxury environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality cuisine and excellence in all aspects of the role.
